Welcome to the official Curves Junction City, KS Facebook page. Curves is the largest fitness franchise in the world and the first to offer a 30-minute exercise program designed exclusively for women. Curves offers a complete fitness and nutrition solution. We now offer the Curves Circuit with Zumba fitness class times are as follows: Tuesday & Thursday 9:00am-9:30am, 4:15pm-4:45pm,5:30-6:00pm, during these times there is no regular workouts.
The Curves 30 minute workout exercises every major muscle group and burns up to 500 calories through a proven program of strength training, cardio and stretching. Our facility is equipped with the newest technology Curves Smart! Curves Smart is a personal coaching system that give you instant feed back while you workout.
Our mission statement is very simple: Strengthening Women. We extend that same mission to this profile. The Curves fan page exists solely for the purpose of supporting women in their wellness, fitness, weight loss and life goals. Therefore, we encourage a healthy and positive environment and anything that is not considered supportive to this goal will be removed.
